Returns, refunds, replacements, and related services are available only for orders delivered within the United States.

1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.

• Items must be unwashed
• Original packaging, tags, manuals, and included accessories must be returned where applicable

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

3. Return Process

4. Ship the approved return according to the provided instructions.
5. The returned item will be inspected after arrival.
6. Refund processing will begin after the inspection is completed.

Return shipping instructions will be provided after your return request has been approved. Prepaid return labels may be provided when applicable.

4. Exchanges

SMITH VENUS MARIE does not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return the eligible item according to this policy and place a new order separately.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 2–5 business days after inspection of the returned item.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional processing time before the refunded amount appears in your account.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless required by law or the refund is issued due to an error caused by SMITH VENUS MARIE.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items may not be eligible for return. Examples include:

• Downloadable software or digital products
